Retail Strategies is pleased to announce that Mill Graves has joined its team as Director of Business Development. He will be working within the regions of Georgia and Kentucky. In his new role, Mill will work alongside the business development team to actively work with Municipalities, Chambers of Commerce, and other Economic Development Agencies to partner with Retail Strategies to develop and execute retail economic development strategies.

Graves has more than 10 years of economic development experience, having spent the last seven years working for Electric Cities of Georgia (ECG) as the Director of Economic Development. In this role, Mill oversaw ECG’s project management team to deliver site selection assistance and consultation resources for new and existing industries and businesses considering opportunities in Georgia. He has experience with Community Development, Commercial Real Estate, GIS and working with civic leaders. Mill also has an extensive network of brokers, developers, and a leadership position with International Council Shopping Center (ICSC) that has allowed him to build and retain relationships within the industry.
