Traditions of Braselton – where “Luxury Living in a Country Club Setting” is not just a tagline, it’s a state of mind – announced today that it has raised the curtain on its newly renovated, resort-inspired amenities. Included among them are a reimagined Owners’ Clubhouse, resurfaced pool deck surrounding a Junior Olympic-sized Pool with splash zone and waterslide, three newly constructed tennis pavilions with covered stadium seating for spectators between the community’s six lighted tennis courts and the addition of a pickle ball court. The final price tag for this renovation was $1.3 million.

“We’ve raised the bar on relaxation and recreation for our current and future homeowners,” said Lesa Ness, Marketing Manager for Traditions of Braselton Realty. “At the heart of it all, the Owner’s Clubhouse just received a facelift to comprise an expansion of the event area – which includes a full kitchen, 75” flat screen TV, seating and tables and is available for community events and to rent by our residents, as well as a 24-hour accessible fitness center with cardio and strength training equipment, and the addition of a fitness room that hosts a regular rotation of yoga, kickboxing and aerobic classes. A new meeting space was also incorporated, and the bathrooms with showers have also been remodeled. The deck around our Junior Olympic-sized pool has been completely resurfaced, and – because we have a very active ALTA league in the community – the spectator stands between the courts are going to be a huge hit for tennis fans. We’re also introducing a pickle ball court to add to the fun. I’m thrilled to say that our event calendar is filling up nicely with a lot of family-friendly fun planned for the adjacent Festival Lawn. It’s promising to be a very exciting summer! The response from homeowners and their guests to all of the changes has been overwhelmingly positive.”

In addition to the recent Amenities Renovation, plans are underway for an upscale overhaul of Traditions of Braselton’s Golf Clubhouse – which features a bar, restaurant and pro shop. Managed by ClubCorp – which owns more than 40 golf properties in Georgia and over 200 courses nationwide, the upcoming major renovation is designed to create a club experience that’s better than ever. The golf course at Hamilton Mill in Dacula is a sister property to Traditions of Braselton, and a golf club membership includes access to both courses and clubhouses. Traditions of Braselton residents who don’t play golf can still enjoy a social membership at the club, which serves breakfast and dinner on select days and lunch daily – except on Tuesdays when the club and course are closed. The club also plays host to events like Trivia Nights on a regular basis.
