In order to combat the possibility of fabricated reviews, no company can delete or otherwise censor reviews on Trustpilot. Of the 547 reviews at the time of release, 95% achieved an Excellent ranking and 4% achieved a Great ranking. InsuranceHub had no Average, Poor or Bad reviews.
