Hall Commission Approves Spout Springs Utilities Relocation, Library Renovation Expenditures

The Georgia Department of Transportation plans to widen Spout Springs Road in South Hall from two to four lanes, but for that work to be done, some county utilities such as sewer lines will have to move.
