A 123-room Woodspring Signature Suites Extended Stay Hotel is being proposed off Jesse Jewell Parkway at Interstate 985. WS Hotels LLC is seeking to develop the hotel, along with a 7,500-square-foot shopping center, on 5.5 acres east of Crescent Drive.
