The Georgia Chamber of Commerce proudly presented U.S. Senator Johnny Isakson with its Business Champion Award while surrounded by members of Georgia’s Congressional Delegation and other business leaders during the annual D.C. Fly-In in Washington.

The Georgia Chamber’s Business Champion Award is presented to elected officials and other advocates who exhibit unparalleled servant leadership, and promote policies positively impacting free enterprise at the state and federal levels. Senator Isakson has exemplified these credentials and much more throughout his forty plus year career as a public servant.

“The Georgia Chamber of Commerce has been a champion for businesses of all sizes, making a positive impact in the lives of Georgians for more than 100 years,” said U.S. Senator Johnny Isakson, R-Ga. “As a public servant and a businessman, I’ve found the Georgia Chamber to be a true partner throughout my entire career, and I’m proud and honored to receive the Chamber’s Business Champion Award as I complete my time in elected office serving our state in the U.S. Senate.”
