The Georgia Department of Economic Development (GDEcD) announced that NearShore Technology, a software outsourcing company, will open a new software and innovation hub in midtown Atlanta, creating more than 30 new jobs.
 
“We are thrilled to see NearShore expanding their operations into Atlanta as they locate in Tech Square,” said GDEcD Commissioner Pat Wilson. “Atlanta’s thriving tech community and skilled talent in the field have enabled the growth of the software industry in this region, and I look forward to watching the continued success of great companies like NearShore in the days ahead. Congratulations to our local economic development partners for their work to make this happen.”
 
NearShore Technology will be moving its headquarters to the Coda building in Technology Square. The facility will be a showcase for technology and a hub for innovation where clients, Georgia Tech faculty, researchers, student interns, and NearShore leadership will work together to design and commercialize technology for immediate implementation in the real worlds of MedTech, FinTech and High-Tech.

In addition to hiring interns from Georgia Tech, NearShore expects to hire more than 30 full-time employees to work out of the Coda NearShore Technology headquarters in Atlanta.
