Condos Project on Lake Lanier on Hold Until This Other, Much Larger Project ‘Gets Going’

An “upscale” condominium development next to Gainesville marina is still in the works but not likely to begin until after a much larger development off nearby Ahaluna Drive “gets going,” an official working on both projects said this week.
