Vice President Finance & Administration

Full Time Position | Experience Required

• Manage financial activities of the Chamber

• Monitor and maintain satisfactory cash position to ensure ongoing Chamber operations

• Timely processing of all cash receipts and disbursements

• Timely processing and funding of payroll and 401K

• Maintain all accounting records and timely production of financial reports

• Safeguarding and maintenance of all financial and physical assets of the Chamber

• Manage the Chamber office building and investment property

• Provide all Human Resource support for Chamber employees

• Coordinate IT support for staff and serve as point of contact for outside IT vendors

• Manage the Chamber Welcome Center and staff

• Provide all necessary third party accounting and finance support for the Gainesville and Hall County Development Authority
