Alliance Residential Company, one of the largest multifamily developers in the nation, has opened Prose Gainesville, a 300-unit multifamily complex located at 900 Mountaintop Avenue in Gainesville, Georgia. 

Located four miles north of Downtown Gainesville, the community offers convenient access to major highways and interstates, with Atlanta just a 45-minute drive away.
