The site is strategically positioned near the Blue Ridge Connector Inland Port, a major infrastructure project providing a direct link from the Port of Savannah to northern Georgia, that is currently under construction and expected to open early 2026. The port is anticipated to significantly enhance freight movement and logistics efficiency in the region, and spur further economic growth.
