The port is anticipated to significantly enhance freight movement and logistics efficiency in the region, and spur further economic growth.

The property, located at 1346 Candler Road, is now available for lease, offering flexible tenancy options ranging from 10 to 22 acres, including 25,000 square feet of high-quality, functional facilities. The site’s location and zoning are ideal for users seeking outdoor storage, equipment staging, or truck parking with convenient access to major transportation networks.

The transaction was brokered by Mendy Ruder of Lee & Associates – Atlanta, who represented Terminal Logistics in the acquisition.
