Leadership Georgia, one of the oldest and most successful leadership training programs in the country, has opened an executive search for a Manager of Programming and Events.

The Chason Group (TCG) has been selected to lead the search process.

This is a unique opportunity to lead the planning and execution of statewide programming while supporting a volunteer Board of Trustees and engaging with participants, alumni, and partners across Georgia.

Based in Atlanta, the Manager will oversee key event operations, coordinate volunteer teams, and collaborate closely with some of the state’s most promising civic and business leaders. The role offers a front-row seat to Georgia’s diverse regions, industries, and communities—making it as enriching as it is impactful.
