ZIPS Car Wash Celebrates Upgraded Locations Across Georgia with Free Car Washes

ZIPS Car Wash is celebrating its commitment to communities across Georgia with ribbon cutting ceremonies, free car washes, and free ZIPS swag next week as they unveil four renovated locations. In partnership with Folds of Honor, ZIPS will recognize four local military families each with a $500 academic scholarship at the chamber-partnered Ribbon Cutting events.
“Customers can clearly notice the enhancements to their ZIPS experience at our renovated locations,” stated Pete Nani, CEO of ZIPS Car Wash. “We are committed to reinvesting in the communities we serve by upgrading our facilities, supporting our team members, and recognizing local heroes such as military families and teachers,” he added.

“Our collaborative efforts with vendor partners have led to significant interior and exterior improvements at four of our locations across the Atlanta metro and into Savannah, resulting in an elevated customer experience for the region,” said Rebecca Latacz, Chief Marketing Officer, ZIPS Car Wash. “We encourage the community to visit, see the enhancements firsthand, and enjoy a complimentary car wash as a token of our appreciation,” she added.
ZIPS is proud to support military and first responder families through the refresh project alongside its national partnership with Folds of Honor. In 2024, ZIPS and its loyal customers donated over $92,000 to Folds of Honor to drive academic success for military and first responder families, and the brand believes it will reach a $100,000 donation in 2025.

Emoni Simone Ford of Grayson is a Senior at Georgia State University majoring Fine Arts with a concentration in textiles.

Kiyah Joi Wilson of Lawrenceville is a Junior at Kennesaw State University majoring in political science and journalism.

Jeremiah Samir Wise & Josiah Simon Wise, brothers of Stockbridge will be recognized at the Cartersville event. Jeremiah is a Senior at Southern Crescent Technical College majoring in Internet Technology. After graduation he hopes to find a career in IT. Josiah is a Junior at Georgia State University majoring in accounting. After graduation, he hopes to become a real estate investor.

Sophia Ruth Guthrie of Savannah is a Sophomore at Georgia Southern University majoring in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She hopes to earn her master’s degree to become a Pediatric Speech and Language Pathologist.
