Joe Belcher, PE, Selected for ACEC Georgia Future Leaders 2026-2027

Thomas & Hutton (T&H), a privately held and employee-owned professional services firm known for its award-winning culture and 80 years of shaping communities across the Southeast, is pleased to announce Joe Belcher, PE,selection to the ACEC Georgia Future Leaders 2026-2027.
ACEC Georgia’s Future Leaders Program is designed to train up-and-coming leaders on managerial skills that extend beyond the engineering profession. Each year 60 individuals are selected to participate in eight sessions covering topics such as working relationships, leadership skills, and risk management. This program provides more than industry knowledge; it transforms the way young leaders think and positions them for success.
Joe is a Civil Designer in T&H's Buford office with five years of experience in site development and is a certified GASWCC Level II. His work focuses on stormwater, utility, sire, and erosion control design for coastal transportation, multifamily, commercial, and institutional projects. Joe earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Auburn University in 2021.
Joe’s work at T&H reflects a commitment to growth, collaboration, and leadership. His selection into the 2026-2027 ACEC Georgia’s Future Leaders Program is a testament to that commitment, and we’re proud to see him representing T&H among the next generation of leaders.
